Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 (Dependent on Experience)

We are seeking experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineers to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll stay at the forefront of technology, gaining exposure to the latest networking innovations worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in developing reliable, high-speed network access products, user-friendly smart home solutions, and bringing convenience to millions of users globally.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute testing for new features in networking devices, surveillance products, and cloud management platforms.
• Build, maintain, and manage testbed infrastructure; analyze automated regression failures and certify software releases.
• Review requirements, specifications, and test plans, providing valuable feedback from a testing perspective.
• Write clear test procedures, bug descriptions, and detailed test reports.
• Collaborate closely with the R&D team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience testing network products or working with Camera/NVR systems.
• Basic knowledge of networking technologies, including Radius, VLAN, 802.1x, and Captive Portal.
• Strong understanding of networking architecture, including Routing/Switching (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS), IP, TCP/UDP, and application layers like HTTP and SNMP.
• Solid knowledge of security technologies such as Firewalls, NAT, IPS, and VPN.
• Proficiency in writing automation test scripts using programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Ruby.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SDN systems or surveillance system testing.
• Experience in cloud performance testing.
• Software development experience.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise network deployments.
